The Physio Hub understands that children’s needs change throughout their childhood years as they grow and during significant milestones in their life. To provide the correct therapy children require a therapist with specialist paediatric experience and knowledge. The Physio Hub offers comprehensive assessment, treatment and advice on a wide spectrum of conditions which can affect children from birth to eighteen years old. We endeavour to work alongside the NHS to help provide ‘best care and practise’ for your child, communicating closely with other members of the multidisciplinary team whenever required.
Perhaps you wish for your child to be assessed prior to waiting for an NHS appointment or maybe you would like additional treatment and rehabilitation to compliment what your child receives from their local NHS Trust, optimising your child’s therapy outcomes.

At The Physio Hub we have a beautiful clinic designed specifically to meet the needs of our clients. It is a child friendly, wheelchair accessible clinic which provides a warm environment for our children to thrive and a place for parents to relax whilst their child is receiving therapy. It has a disabled changing area with overhead hoisting, large spacious treatment rooms, and a kitchen / waiting area which family members can access. Some days you may be lucky enough to meet our clinic therapy dog named Elsie who is always a welcome addition to everyone’s visit.
Recognising that clinic is not always the most appropriate setting for every child, assessments may also be provided in your own home, school and other community establishments. At The Physio Hub we also liaise closely with other professionals and this can take place in their place of work, schools or other venues by arrangement.
Following a recommendation from a friend my daughter (13yrs) started physiotherapy sessions at The Physio Hub. My daughter has autism, hemiplegia and a vision impairment which leads to extremely high levels of anxiety. From the first session we were both made to feel so welcome and my daughter loves going to see Beth and Vicki! Beth has built an amazing rapport with my teenage daughter which is key to her engaging in sessions. Beth’s experience and knowledge is outstanding along with her friendly and professional approach providing holistic therapy to all of my daughters needs. My daughter was fully assessed and a clear plan was agreed for progression. She has improved dramatically over the initial few weeks and also begun using her left arm and hand much more than she ever has before (she can now put her own socks on!). As both a parent and health professional myself this has been the BEST investment I have ever made for my daughter. I strongly recommend The Physio Hub and can honestly say the input we have received has been life changing!
