The Physio Hub has vast experience working with case managers from across the North of England. We endeavour to provide expert care for our clients working within multidisciplinary teams across health, education, legal, private and statutory services.

Our experience allows us to understand the complexities faced by case managers and helps us to work effectively and efficiently in meeting our client’s needs by providing:

• Terms and Conditions and estimated costs for assessment to secure client funding.
• Flexibility to provide assessment in the most appropriate environment at a convenient time for the client.
• An initial report following assessment (if required). This report will detail the outcome of the assessment, goals for treatment, timescales and recommended treatment. Costings can also be included.
• Treatment sessions can be carried out at home or in our specialist clinic designed specifically to meet the needs of our children and young adults.
• We endeavour to work alongside NHS physiotherapy services.
• Close contact and communication throughout treatment.
• Invoices to the case manager or solicitor on a monthly basis.
• Interim reports as required.
• Discharge reports at the end of treatment.

At the Physio Hub we also provide independent expert manual handling training, assessments and report writing for our clients with train the trainer qualification.
